Who operates this site

This storefront is operated by LIORA BEYOND THE FRAME. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the storefront, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter.

Email inquiries

The contact form opens a draft in your email app. If you send it, we receive the name, email address, inquiry topic, and details you choose to share. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and follow up as needed. Zoho Mail hosts our business inbox. Access to the inbox is limited to the site operator.

Stay Inspired newsletter

Newsletter signup is voluntary and separate from inquiries and purchases. The embedded signup form is hosted by Zoho Campaigns. Zoho Campaigns processes your email address and subscription status so we can send the promotional updates you requested and honor opt-outs. Use the Unsubscribe link in any promotional email to stop receiving them. Subscription and opt-out records may be retained as needed to honor your preferences. See the Zoho Privacy Policy.

Hosting and external services

OpenAI hosts this storefront and may process technical information as needed to deliver and operate it. Where access is restricted, the hosting service may require sign-in. The site also loads the Zoho signup form and product images from external services, which may receive technical information from your browser when those resources load. Purchases

Checkout takes place on Printify or Amazon. Payment card information is entered on the checkout provider’s site. Those services handle information you provide to them under their own privacy notices. If you share order details with us, or order information is available to us through the Printify store, we use it as needed for order assistance and business records.

Retention

We review resolved inquiries monthly and generally delete routine correspondence from our mailbox 90 days after the inquiry is resolved. We may retain correspondence longer when needed to resolve an order issue or dispute, maintain necessary business records, or comply with legal obligations. Service providers may apply their own retention settings and policies.
